As with others, I ordered the skin products as a promotional offer - pay for the postage and the sample products are free. The postage was deducted on 11/11 (Remembrance Day - how ironic) but the extra cash was withdrawn today (27/11).
I have sent an email to these addresses and received an automated reply saying I would be contacted in the next 2 days. Will have to see if this happens. I am assuming that another $80 would have been withdrawn if there had been enough money in my account. I will be cancelling the direct debit so they can't get any more.
