I ordered a sample of eye cream and one of face serum which only required postage costs and did arrive. I did not sign up for any more but have been charged the above amounts on three different dates-12/12.19/12 and 20/12. I have not received any more products. I have since changed my bank card but would like to know if I can recover the money.
