I ordered a pair of Nike soccer shoes from a website called "nikemercurialsoccer.com". The site looked legitimate at first glance, but after ordering the shoes I began noticing irregularities. My account was charged almost immediately, but I did not receive an email confirmation. I decided to contact their "live support" and after inquiring, I finally got an email with my order number. There are many different phone numbers listed as well as email addresses. I will begin trying to get my money refunded asap, but I'm worried this will never happen.
