Contacted by email from London to tell me I won J850,000 BPS. So I sent back requested identifying info & picture of Cal. Drivers license. Emailed back to ask if I wanted it deposited or on an ATM card. I chose ATM. Their delivery agent emailed back to say they were on their way within hrs but ran into HM Customs & Inland Revenue Annex Office who required 390 pound tax clearance delivery permit with an insurance cover bond that should arrange with them to pay. I called London Metropolitan Police and the kind & patient person there said never give anybody any money for any reason contingent to receiving any prize before receipt. Said I should report it but there's really not any place to do so except
here.
