They called me offering me financial aid for the school and said they worked with the Federal Government to help students go to school.
They took my credit card number and hung up and as the guy hung up, I heard him laugh. They took unlimited amounts out of my account. They gave me a customer service number, 1 8888111915
which does not work. It would not even ring, it would hang up immediately after I pressed dial. I called back several times, each time reaching a different telemarketer and all told me the same thing. To call the customer service number and that there was nothing they could do. Eventually I got a hold of a "supervisor" and he said to call the customer service number but not before he told me I was calling the wrong company the entire time. When in fact I called back the same number that had originally called me.
If anyone has heard of this scam please do not fall for it!
