I purchased a pair of Vaneli shoes on Oct. 15th for $51.28 from zheng suzhen (angal. [email protected]). Never received the shoes, received a Hello Kitty bag worth about $1.50. I paid through PayPal and filed a complaint once I realized that this was a scam. I was told I needed to return the bag using tracking ID. The cost to return the bag was $29.00, which I refused to do.
PayPay agreed to refund my money. I don't understand how PayPal can continue to let this individual/company do business with them. I think PayPal has an obligation to refuse to send any payments to this individual/company... Scam artist!!!
