I enrolled to just know my IQ. I gace my cell number order to receive a pin number to get access to my score.
Every day i realized a sms to play.
In my ignorance i just deletd because i was convainced if i'm not playing i won't be charged.
By that time i was in the usa for vacation.
So when i received my bill, i thought it was the charge for the long distance call.
I was off track... The next month i saw the increase of my charges.
I checked... I saw a charge from a third party.
I called my mobile service and they said they cant do anything about it.
I follwed their advices. I contacted the third party. And then i wrote to them. I explained i never respond to their sms because i was convainced if i'm playind and use their service i will be charge.
They ignored my complaint.
I cant paid the charge because im very thight in my budget.
I'm alone with my kid. And i have to follow my budget.
I find this very invasive the way they are working
I'm trying to speak with them: negative!!!
