Installed the wrong brakes on our car, and continuely told us they were safe for us to drive the car. Two weeks later, near accident with the car when it took over a foot, before stopping with our grandchildren in the car... We phoned the company repeatly, took the car to be check, at their convenience... And still the problems with brakes were not found out until we took our car to the Mazda dealership, who had to reinstall the correct brakes, after a test drive showed that car did not stop in a timely matter and that they stopped in a choppy matter. We called Robbins and Franke and requested that they return the amount we paid for work and they did that was defective. Rob, told me to remove the complaint with the better business bureau and Consumer complaint agency and he might return our money, we now are going to court because Robbins and Franke do not know how to be good business men...
