Ordered free sample which arrived eventually with no paperwork. Charged 107.87 on 26th Oct. Could not contact firm, decided had been scammed, put it down to stupidity but was then charged another 113.62 so eventually contacted firm to cancel & they paid me back 54 dollars. Cannot contact them again.
