I am a 53 yr old business woman. I shopped @ Target on Hover in Longmont, CO since it was bulit. On average I spent 400.00 a month. Afew months ago their server went down and they couldn ck anyone out.
Bottom line it wasn't that they couldn't ck me out, it was how they handled it. I arrived @ the ckout counter and they offered me. 3.00 coupon and laughed when I expressed my dissatifaction. They should have offered to store my 300.00 cart. Freeze it, refrigerate it, store it. I was there in the middle of the week, there was basically noone else there. I stopped shopping there and won't return unless Target gives me major compensation and a personal, heartfelt apology from the manager and the top management of Target
