My husband has been out of work since 2008. We were interested in a loan modification on our mortage payments. Unfortunatly got in touch with this law group. They were advertising loan modifications. If the modification does not happen we have documents promising a full refund. Can't get anyone on the phone they are full of lies. Told them i will either take them to small claims court or sue them. Part of the problem is they are located in beverly hills, ca. And we are in nothern ca. Please help!!!
