I noticed the $39.95 charge on my bank statement and did not recognize it. I searched the company name and found contact information. As of this date I have contacted them 5 times asking for them to remove the fee or explain what it's for. I never requested their services and don't know how they obtained my bank information. I haven't had any response from them.
