Ordered and paid $495 for a sample. Then had $89.95 deducted from my account (Unauthorized Transaction). Called them—was told to return sample and they would refund $80.00 dollars of my money that they stole. Since then I have called many times and received the same promise everyone else has. (You'll receive the money in 3 days) Wont let me talk to a supervisor which would be futile anyhow. They have a 7 rating with the National BBB (1 is the best 7 is the worst) A scam company. Home Federal Bank (My Bank) thinks they are an excellent company. That tells me something! Bank of America can, and will stop you from losing money like this!
