Agreed to free trial of Juvenue and Hydrox anti ageing cream. Nothing has turned up, was charged shipping and overseas transaction for free trial. Then, a week or so later, charged £56 further! Called bank and nothing they can do until 15 days has past, then can start to try to get money back.in the meantime, this company can continue to extract funds from my account! And there's nothing I can do about it! Apparently, I have signed up to a continuous subscription that I do not want nor did I ask for. I am gutted. Just thinking about closing my account down.
