I sent my Toyota Sienna for emission test on 11/17. I was told the test is failed due to may be I have repair a certain part of my car and I was told to drive for a 100 miles and bring back to test. I did not have any repair of my car for a year other than oil changing. I drove my car the next day to Toyota dealer and I have not driven for any 100 miles at all. They do a computer test and cost me $52 and there are nothing wrong everything pass. I went back to the emission inspector and they would not admit their mistake instead they push it to the computer fault. They denied in every which way they can. On that day I sent my second car to the same place to do emission and they told me to come back the next day due to computer slow. That is telling me their computer on that day has diagnose wrong result for my first car but they did not want to admit their mistake. Very unreliable emission test center. I want to claim my $52 and they replied me, they did not ask me to spend that money. What is the different of using gas to drive 100 miles and spending $52 for checking. The mechanic from Toyota said my car was not warm up enough to do the test and the emission inspector could have just told me to drive around to warm up my car and test again instead of driving 100 miles. Very inexperience emission inspector.
