I ordered and received 2-cable boxes, the problem was that did not have all of the parts. So, I returned them back to:

I received the two cable boxes today, but there were several problems with the shipment. The first problem I noticed that there were not power cords: Secondly there were not cabling to connect the cable box to the tv: Thirdly the website mentioned that cable box was suppose to come with a universal 5-in-1 Learning remote. None of there items were in box that was shipped to me, in fact the only thing that was in the box was the two cable boxes (no instructions on how to setup up the cable box or anything).

At this point I would just like to return these two cable boxes (that I am unable to use) back to you for a refund. I received the box today and will return it back to you tomorrow.

P.S. Please note the reason I am returning these units are because there were no accessories items that were shipped with this order.
