I work for Walmart for 9 months now. One day I called in sick. The assistant manager answered the phone. I told I wasn't able to in tonight. He said ok. But then I told him I have sick time can I use it. He said yes but you have to be out for 2 days sick in order to get paid for 1 day. Now isn't that stupid I never heard such a thing.
But that's Walmart for you dumb rules. Why do they give you sick time if they don't want you to use it. That is really stupid if you ask me. Oh and another thing too is if you are sick the store manager says if you are sick come to work and get paid to be sick and get everyone else sick too. And that don't make sense either go figure.
