I had the amount of $99.49 taken out of my account and I did not authorize it. I called teh 800 number given to me by the bank and the operator says all agents are busy and it may take 48 hours for someone to get back to me. I dont even know who these people are! It is a shame that our society is the way it is. I just want my $99.49 back into my account. I keep getting the same response each time I call!!!
