I noticed this charge a few months ago, but didnt realize what it was. My homeloan is with a Horizon company, so I guess when id see the charge, I associated it with my mortgage company.
WRONG. I called the number on my credit card statement this morning. THey told me it was for a online merchant store to help rebuild credit. And to help rebuild credit the fee is $24.95 monthly.
They confirmed that I never made a purchase with the so called card - they stated they shipped me the card 7. If they did, i threw it away-with all the other credit card junk mail i receive.
