Horizon credit is a ripoff

I only wanted to build my credit & now all i have is a card that dont work. This is wrong & i will report them to the B.B. B this cant stand & im includeing the number for the B.B. B i recomend we all call them about horizon 843-766-9616 thats them in my area.
