Good day,
I want to report a company called “Zinga” which i joined one day and the same day cancelled my subscription to them as I found it was ridiculous and you could never win any bids on their website due to it being scammed.
I then received an email stating that i won a camera and I must furnish details to them for shipping. I paid the amount that they requested and an email confirmed that it would be delivered in 6 weeks.
6 weeks down the line, no camera and found money taken off our account. I emailed them to find out and they state the winning of the camera I also subscribed to their platinum subscription and that was my subscription amount.
I then tell them to cancel it which their email stated I would have benefits until the 09/12 and then will not incur anymore payments. They state that however i have cancelled the membership I forfeit the camera.
I have all their emails should you require them. Their facts are not straight and they are contradicting themselves.
