We bought a mattresses and a protector cover, when they delivered the mattresses, I opened the package of the cover on top of the mattresses. I expanded on to try to reach its corners. When I looked down the cover was infested of a nasty, greenish black color. I inhaled, everything in my room got exposed, even the sleep apnea machine. I called the store the saleman offered to exchange the cover for a new one! I looked the cover package it's made in China. I wonder did I just inhaled some type of China mold?
Art Van did not sound too consern about my case. The regional manager and his assistant made us feel that we were very unconvenious to them at the point that my husband told the assistant not to be mad at us since we did not cause the problem. I lost time from work to try to clean up my house, go to be test it at the doctor office, pay for prescriptions. I have headaches, blury eyes, and chest pain. It is been a week and Art Van manager only called one time and never call again! Art Van needs to have a recall on these products.
