I purchased a new phone from Cricket Wireless and activated a phone line about 3 weeks ago. I have had to take the phone to the corporate store twice already with problems. They have replaced charger, but now that the screen died told me I have to pay for the warranty to get the phone replaced. I have had this phone for only a couple of weeks. They even had a store employee look at the phone to make sure it was not abused (not dropped or put in water). I do not understand how I need to pay again for a phone I just received a couple of weeks ago?
