I ordered what were real UGG boots off of their false website. I got false plastic made replicas of UGG boots. They sent false copies of the UGG Boot Companies name and logo. All information said real lambs wool and sheep skin and everything is synthetic made in China petrol smelling crap. I would like to hunt down the owners of the company and file a full claim against the owners of the company for being crooks and I would like to notify the UGG Company to let them be aware of all the false sales by the company. I am willing to follow this law-suit through the justice system to make a point and to get the owners of the company Chinese, American or whoever they are! Please tell me how I start this process?
They give so little information that one can't even find the name and address of the company. Please help. I will include their website and paperwork they returned to me.
