We were authorized to parked van on the premises of The Gate Condominium and suddenly we were towed, because the person in charge did not know we reneiw already the permission; the towed was performed on 11/12 at 10.40am and today 11/13 we went at 10.00am to pick up the van at the towing place, everytime we were there they ask for a new paper, so at the 4th time we were there was already around 11.30amj.
The towing place said that was 2 days and charge us for that, so if when we arrived was less than 24 hours and at the end was 1 hour after because they delay the time, why we have to pay 2 days?
