I placed an order for books 06 16 11. Upon receiving my cc bill, I notice a $9.95 charge every month. I called them and was told when I placed the order I was automatically signed up for membership which is $9.95. I did not sign up for anything except placing a order for books. I called the company, spoke to a representative who argued with me and would not refund my money on my cc. I was outraged and would NEVER do business with them again.
