I called about computer not working, it was new & under warenty, they said i needed this new program that my warenty didnt cover damage & parts, being desperate i summited to plan & found out later i was covered by manufactured warrenty i got with my P c, Spent $250 Then $61 more for a tech to come out, what a scam
