Not only is this the WORST product I have EVER purchased, but - I cancelled 6 days ago and yesterday they had the nerve to take another $29.95 from my account!!! They are now refusing to credit me for the money taken 6 days after I cancelled. Do not get sucked up into this product. Any positive posts must be written by the Wen PR department. I will continue to spread the word and make sure I do all I can to keep this from happening to anyone else. Please help me get the word out! Thanks.

These people offer a free trial for their hair product called Kronos, I have a copy of the web ad, and it states FREE trial. They billed my credit card $98. For the product after I kept it 30 days!
