National Auto Division contacted me on 11/7 asking me to extend my warrenty on my 2005 Dodge Dekota. When I told the repersentative that I could not afford anything right now, she got angry and said, "If you cannot afford this right now, how would you be able to afford repairs if something happens to your car". She spoke in a very hostile tone. Two days later, Santander repossed my car, I never missed a payment. I believe National Auto Division and Santander are the same people. Everybody, please beware of National Auto Division and Santander they will hurt you.
