I was contacted by a representative from National Auto Division about an extended warranty on my 2008 Dodge Caliber. He asked me for my credit card information and told me i had 30 days to look over the policy and decide if i wanted it and could cancell the policy at anytime within the thirty day period. I was waiting to recieve the policy information when i recieved a statement from my credit union telling me that National Auto Division had withdrawn 450.00 from my account. I had not given them authorization to do so and was unable to get them on the phone to speak to a live operator. I believe i was lied to and mislead by their representative and i had to cancell my credit card and get reissued another creit card to prevent National Auto Division from making any further withdrawals from my account. I want others to be aware of the deceptive tactics that the representative of this company used on me and i want to be reimbursed the 450.00 that was taken from my credit union account.
