False advertising and a terrible product!
The ad offers 50% off any order if placed "today". My order was $150
but I only received $50 instead
of $75. The fine print somewhere
says one time only that there can
only be a max of $50 discount. And you must sign-up to
become a "member" whatever that means
for a monthly $9.95 forever.
The selection of yellow and white flowers was advertised as being
26"x 36" which it was not... It was
22" x 26"... And with no more than
a dozen flowers.
It wasn't very well done either.
Then: I was charged $8.55 sales tax when I live in a state with NO sales
tax. I called about removing that and was told I had to wait until "the delivery day" before their computers
could handle my request... Total blarney.
He claimed he had never had such a request before... Ha
I called the next day and a different
person had to go check with someone and tthen told me I had to FAX a tax-exempt
form to them at their headquarters in Virginia. I order online all the time and have never ever been charged a sales tax.
I would agree to pay $50 for what they
sent but no more. I deserve a refund for the rest but that will never happen of course. This is a scaming rip-off outfit
and I am already spreading the word about them.
