I sent for Juveneu cream as it was advertised as a trial product at the cost of approx £3.88 p&p. This was debited but on the 14/11 I was debited with £54.91 but have received nothing. I reported this to my bank on 26/11 and as £59.41 was debited on the 30th Nov they have agreed to refund this amount, I am now 54.91 missing.
