I had a hot water tank installed by my plumber 5 yrs ago. On Saturday Morning tank burst leaking in basement near furance & closet for winter clothing. The plumber went bankrupt so I called another plumber. I got a replacement and its now operating. On Monday my insurance man told me you probably have a warrenty issue. I wrote to the company sent the bill however didnt replace it with same product because who thinks about researching to locate exact tank on Sat Morning at 10:00 when all you want do is get operational. I wrote # BK6811191-H130 but didnt pull the face plate or replace it with Bradford White product. Both of those requirements are necessary in order to fulfill warranty per Brett Powell 800 531 2111.
