Applied for a free sample of anti ageing cream and was charged for postage and package. Have just received my bank statement and a further £54.30 has been taken out illegally for goods that I have not received as I have not given authority to the company to send me any more items or take anymore money from my account. What do I do next I am frightened this is going to carry on.
