I ordered products. Was not happy with results. I called ot cancel and wanted money back gaurantee they offered.
They told me to return merchandise. I did and they said they would credit my credit card. After monitoring my statement, I never saw credit. I called back in July and they said it took a few months to see it on statement. I then called again in September. I had a conversation on the phone with an agent and said he didn't know why they hadn't processed yet so he was going to process to have check refund sent to me. I have not to date recieved anything from them. I have called and can not get anyone live on the phone and when I send an email the the address is not recognized.
