I ordered a pair of "Ugg Boots" from www.olsboot.com as well. I still have not received them and now after reading all these complaints I know what when I do receive the boots, IF I do. That they will be fake. I am extremely mad. I e-mailed them and they have no responded. It has been about 2 weeks since I e-mailed them. I had looked through the whole website before I purchased the boots. There is a section on the website where the company describes how bad "fraud" and "false advertisement" is. Who would have thought that this company was describing itself. I am so mad I want my money back right now!
