I purchased a pair of UGG Boots for my daughter. When they arrived they were in plastic bags in a small beat up brown box covered in tape. Although the website claims the shoes are mailed in their original box inside another box. When we opened the package there was a strong odor though UGG boots should have no odor at all. As we looked the boots over further we realized they were definitely fakes. I checked the website again and sure enough they claim all their shoes are authentic. There is no way to communicate with them except via email with no response.
