I applied for a free sample just pay p/p - i received the cream but as don't use my card much i had no idea that they had taken £79.95 on 2nd oct & £85.90 on 1st nov i only relised when my accounts balence suddenly dropped. I did not authorise these payments - i would never buy a cream at this price as i am 74 years old & live on the state pension, my husband is 80 years old & this money was for our heating
