My final letter to these people... It says it all:- (
To Cody & Dealfun Customer Service,
Your adds attracting me offered i-phones, laptops & camera (needed for a research trip in late November) surplus stock at $49, with promises win guarantees etc etc. Hence I purchased a bid pack which then allowed me to participate. Days & nights later without winning anything, 1,000's of bids & more sleepless days & nights it ended with me having to use the BUY NOW option forALL 3 items at Retail prices. A total of over $2,000 was invested into your 'auction' scheme. The 'bids' left were used on limited choice junk products I didn't want at your suggestion, inferring my skill was lacking against 'high level' bidders.
While thanks to my numerous complaints, you have eventually shipped out all the useless crap I 'won' whilst attempting to win/buy what I actually needed, those 3 items are STILL being processed, starting on October 5th over a month ago. This is NOT acceptable any longer. I expect a FULL refund of the $ amounts spent on these product, AS WELL AS any deal bids purchased & used on those products in an attempt to purchase (total in excess of $1,000) without delay (ASAP) to credit card used. Don't bother with your offers of bids/phone/case/$50 back etc etc as NONE of it eventuated anyway.

As a supposed 'Auction' site for 'surplus' goods I gave you MORE than a fair shot. Your advertising & claims are obviously false.
