I have ordered from this source in the past. Their products are good and their prices are great. But their delivery is horrendous! Buyer beware!
Their website talks about "delivery in 10 business days! I placed my order for ink cartridges on 10-18-11. Today is 11-9-11 and I still have not received them.
I have sent two e-mails to their customer service for an update on my order, but they do not answer.
They do provide a "tracking number" via USPS Priority Mail, but it only verifies delivery. You cannot "track" its process. Still, this tracking number does NOT verify delivery of my order.
I don't know who Bay Telecom is, but I would suggest that they replace their CEO of www.inksoutlet.com - and very soon.
I probably won't use this source again for my ink cartridge needs.
