As per TV ad I called in for free hair product. I was billed 7.95 for shipping plus two other company charges monbudgetsavers and tlggreat, for one dollar each. I called and cancelled this product. Two days later I see that monbudgetsavers now billed me for 29.95. The very pleasant Customer Service Operator told me that 29.95 was in error and would be deleted by the end of the month, which it was and that she remembered talking to me just the other day when I cancelled this order. A week later I received the product and was billed 79.95. I immediately called and this same Customer Service Operator (not so nice) told me that I should have read all the paper work that came with the product that in small print it clearly states that it's free for 30 days. If you do not return it by then, you will be billed 79.95. The first time I even heard of the price. I cancelled my account with the bank but would like to know what else I can do to try and retrieve my 79.95. This all started in September.$79.95
