I bid on auction and I'm now thinking I was bidding on the ipad the teenager won! Lost out and did the Buy Now. It has been almost 36 hours and the instant chat isn't there. I've used a credit card and am wondering whether to cancel the payment. Have sent 4 emails but what about the promised 24/7 service???
I just want the service they promise and the transparency on what is happening with the order - I also want to chose the colour of the item but where does that get to happen?
Getting frustrated - also the site went down so many times for "maintenance" seems a bit key stone cops!
