We moved out of our place we were renting through Applegate Inc.in New Richmond, WI and we got our security deposit statement and we didn't get anything back due to maintance on the garage and a hole in the door (that was already there). I called them and wrote up my disputes about my deposit. Oh yeah and they claim they never got my check in sheet, which a garage is not even on, so how can they charge me to paint my garage when it is not on my check in sheet in the first place. I called the maintanance guy of that place and he said that he told them not to charge me for certain things, but they still did. After two weeks of getting no where with them, I finally called the owner because everytime I called Applegate, they said it is in the process and they don't know whats going on. The owner informed me I should have had my deposit back because this issue was resolved over a week ago. He said he would be talking to them. A few days later I called them back and asked what was going on with my money and once again they told me the same thing, it was being processed. I asked if the person processing it could at least call me back and let me know whats going on she said I can't do that?!? I just want to know what is going on, I am sooo sick of people jerking me around when I am NOT at all an unruley person, I will work with anyone, but when you never get back to me and are sitting on my money, yeah I think I am going to be a bit upset. I guess it will have to go to the next step!!
