I was looking on the internet for goverment grants for computers for students, I was directed to bidrack and they asked me for my credit card info, I gave it to them and they charged me right away. I was not exspected to be charged without bidding. Besides that I was drawn in and spent approx. $500. All the merchidise I won I did not recieve! I also paid shipping and handeling.
