I thought I was just in a bidding site. They asked me for my info - name, address and told me I could not start bidding without putting in my credit card number. They only needed the credit card number to save time if I win a bid.instead they charged my visa $99.00. There was no mention of a fee to register. I would never pay any money to join a bidding site.
