Went to mr. Tire was advised i needed to have a front-end allignment, gave permission, was then advised i needed a ball-joint replacemnet before a front end alligment could be prefromed, i advised mr. Tire i was in a hurry and would return at a later date. When i got my invoice i noticed i was charged for a tire alligmnet which was not preformed. I contacted mr. Tire hdqrs 3 seperate times asking for assistance and have yet had a resolution to my problem.
