CheapOAir just CHARGE for everything. It's a scam. I made a change on my flight but they change it to WRONG date. Later I ask them to correct it but they want me to pay 300 dollars MORE. I dont understand why do I need to pay for their fault. I asked for refund but the customer service was rude.
