Apparently the same story: ordered 2 pairs of shoes, pd via PayPal and only received a plastic shopping bag. PayPal said they rec. Proof of shipping. I emailed 3 times for a refund and it never happened.
I am most disappointed in PayPal as I believed them to be watching out for the consumers rights. Clearly not so.
