I saw the charge on my Oct statement, for 40.77 I called spoke to some guy, told him I didn't know what this was, or why I was being charged, he asked me for the last 4 digits of my credit card that was used, and he said I would be refunded in 4-6 weeks,
Now I just looked at my statement again, I have been charged again another sum this one of 40.77
My creditcard/bank company told me to do a letter in writing. Really I don't think it's going to help!
So what can be done about this?
