Same scam as everyone else has reported. Paid for shoes & got a plastic shopping bag. After several attempts calling and emailing PayPal have realised their guarantee is worthless and not worth the trouble they put ou through. I didn't care that much about the small amount of money, rather reporting the scam but seems PayPal are happy to make money from people being ripped off.
